I’ve been a big fan of Fria Ligan, (Free League, in English,) for a while now. Their Year Zero game engine is simplistic but with depth.
The setting that got me into their games was Forbidden Lands. It’s a survivalist adventure hex-crawl RPG based in a world of fantasy, demons, and mystery. I’ve been running a group of friends through the game for a while now. Let us know what you think!
