A long time ago in a suburb not far away, I used to write about beer for a living.

No, it wasn’t the entirety of my job, but it made up a decent portion of my duties. It was covering the Cincinnati beer industry and the national industry for years that led me to briefly work for two breweries and my entry into marketing.

Unfortunately, most of the articles and profiles I wrote about the local brewers were either archived or lost in multiple server moves at WCPO.com. My wife was able to rescue some of the articles using the Internet Way Back machine, and I’m republishing them now so the full story of Cincinnati’s craft beer boom can be told.
